Solavex was born from a simple idea — to create a space where there’s no need to rush. In a world that constantly demands action and reaction, we chose a different direction: attention to what is already here. We didn’t set out to create just another course; we wanted to offer a moment to pause, exhale, and spend time with oneself.

Our courses are an invitation to gently live through each moment. Not to change anything, but to hear what is already quietly present within. We don’t tell you what to do. We encourage awareness of how you do what’s already part of your day: waking up, speaking, drinking water, walking — or not.

We developed these courses with the intention of leaving space for personal rhythm. There are no schedules to follow, no pace to “keep up” with. Each exercise is a reminder that just a few minutes with attention can shift how a day feels.

Solavex doesn’t offer solutions. It offers a way to notice. To notice your state, your breath, your tension or calm. We don’t focus on outcomes. We’re more interested in the journey — slow, steady, and free from outside pressure. And we believe that in such rhythm, true awareness can grow.
