We create a space where presence becomes a habit
Solavex is about daily attention. There’s no need to prove anything or achieve. Just the willingness to notice how stillness forms within ordinary things. We believe that simple actions, done with care, can shift the inner sense of time. Everything we create is meant to support a person’s natural pace — without pressure, without overload, with full respect for individual rhythm.
Those who hold this space

Emily Gardner
Emily explores attentional depth and physical perception. Her approach honors rhythm, gentleness, and natural pacing. She focuses on ways to be with oneself through presence rather than force. Her work invites stillness without expectations or goals.

Sophia Bennett
Sophia focuses on cycles, repetition, and structured awareness. She draws attention to everyday details — movement, silence, transitions. Her practices arise from daily observation, gradually building inner balance.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do Solavex courses include?
Each course consists of practices, explanations for them, and accompanying topics that reveal the ideas of attention and inner presence. You will find exercises that can be applied in everyday life. Some of the practices work with breathing, some with sensations, movements, or short stops throughout the day. Everything is built with an orientation to the natural pace.
Do the courses have a sequence?
Yes, each course has a logic of development: from simpler to more complex. But you are free to go through the materials in your own order, if that is more convenient for you. Each exercise can be perceived as a separate unit. You yourself form your own path within the course.
How many practices are included in each course?
Depending on the course, the number of lessons varies - from 16 to over 30. Each practice is accompanied by a short text with an explanation. All exercises are placed in such a way that it is easy to return to them again. You can stop at the one that is closest to you now and work with it as much as you need.
Are topics repeated in different courses?
Some topics may appear in several courses, but with different depth or from a different angle. This allows you to look at the familiar differently. Repetition is part of mindful practice. It is not repetition in the usual sense, but rather the search for a new quality in the same movement.
How long does one lesson take?
Most lessons are designed for 5–15 minutes. But there are no mandatory limits — you can stay on a certain moment longer. The main thing is not the speed, but the depth of experience. Even one exercise can stay with you for a whole day.
Do the courses have a common concept?
Yes, all courses are united by a common approach to mindfulness, silence, and observation. But each of them opens up its own topics: one works more with the body, another with pauses, the third with intentions. You can take them separately or combine them at your own pace. It all depends on your needs.
Can I start immediately with an advanced course?
You can, if you already have experience with similar practices or the presented topic is close to you. The levels are not a strict gradation - they are rather guidelines. If you like a more complex approach - you can choose it right away. It is important that the course meets your request.
